Dus10 MZK drops debut project “Invasions” as well as “Year One” visual

By  |
Moss Point, Mississippi representative Dus10 MZK has been on the scene as a rapper for about a year now. Making his debut with “Five Star”, the MC has released a series of singles that have produced a growing fan base throughout the southeast. Looking to make the next step in his budding rap career, Dus10 releases his debut mixtape “Invasions”. In regards to the project he said the following:

“I was inspired to drop a mixtape because the game has changed. The days of having fun with someone else’s music have been forgotten as people put more original tracks on their mixtapes. I’ve been doing music for almost a year now. I’ve been wanting to test myself on how I would sound on certain beats and also gauge my penmanship. See what I need to work on (mainly my breathing and enunciation). I titled it “Invasions”, well because growing up in the south we took into the southern galactic persona of 8ball & MJG “Space Age Pimpin” (my alias), and Outkast’s “ATLiens”. So I felt it was only right to name a jacking-for-beats mixtape, Invasions. A southern country boy here to invade the music industry. Extraterres-Trill!!!”

“Invasions” acts as display of Dus10 MZK’s ability in a familiar setting, as he takes over instrumentals from some of the game’s hottest acts. From Coi Leroy to Baby Keem, no one is safe as he comes out with a point to prove. Check out the full mixtape, hosted by DJ Rookiee, as well as the visual for his supporting single “Year One” now.
