Jayy Solo Is Caged In

It has been a while, but midwest recording artist Jayy Solo returns with a full length album titled Caged In and delivers a strong and emotional delivery of 8 emotional tracks giving you her true feelings of where she is with her music today. Jayy Solo chose Caged In as the title for her new project because she raps about emotions and real life situations that people go through daily but are too afraid to speak out loud. She holds nothing back. There is some real pain felt in this project.

In her first visual of this project called What Love Is, she asks the question, what is love because she says she doesn’t know what love is. Video was done by InThaBassmintTV and he gives this visual a high definition treatment that makes you want to watch it over and over again. The visual has the look of a hopeless romantic trying to figure out why love doesn’t feel soothing.

Caged In is her second album release of her career but has many video projects you can find on youtube if you start from her beginning you will see an artist that has experienced some diversity in life and has matured into one of the hottest female writers in the female hip hop genre today. Jayy Solo teamed up with the Minnesota based label Real Deal Entertainment and Empire Distribution to give us hip hop and rap lovers something we can listen to, to cherish and to relate on a level as it is ourselves going through everything she speaks of in every song.
