Dev3Ten is a rising independent underground rapper from Compton, California. In his music he talks about his experiences with coming up in the streets and all the different kinds of things he’s learned streetwise. The talented artist is just getting and already has built a very large audience. Dev3Ten’s style is a 90s East Coast flow, but he’s from Compton, which makes things very interesting.
