Rapper Silento Arrested for Assault With Deadly Weapon

Rapper Silento was arrested in Valley Village for assault with a deadly weapon and inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. The artist that is most known for his 2015 viral hit “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae),” was taken into custody Friday August 29th after walking into someones home looking for his girlfriend. Apparently he was seen with a hatchet while looking for her and thankfully no one in the home was harmed. In the home, Silento was stopped because one of the occupants in the home had a gun. The family expressed that this was a scary situation that went down and their children were in the home at the time as well. NBC Los Angeles reports that Hawk is currently in custody on the assault charge with a bail of $105,000. He is scheduled to appear in court today.
