Robert Kraft received an offer to have his charges dropped, WSJ reports

Florida prosecutors reportedly offered to drop charges against the Patriots owner in an unusual deferred prosecution agreement. Kraft and others were charged for solicitation as part of a prostitution ring investigation back in January.
