Exclusive Interview: Young Miller Tha Don
What first got you into music?
My family, Master P. He would be in the studio, working hard but making it look easy. I first learned to perfect my craft watching him.
Motivational, Uplifting, Inspirational. I don’t use derogatory language in my music, I just want people to vibe to it and feel good energy and frequency.
I like to ride around listening to the beat until I feel inspired myself. That helps me naturally come up with what I want to write about. I start with the hook then lay down my verses.

Keep God first and always believe in yourself.
How do you feel the Internet has impacted the music business?
Good and bad. You can reach more people but then everybody has an opinion and feels entitled to share it.
What is the best advice you’ve been given?
To always remain humble.
To make positive rap more mainstream and to be its own genre.
I’m dropping a new single called Ride Along produced by Legendary Harry featuring my boy D Stewart. Also working on my first major movie role. My podcast is coming soon and my first official album releases this summer along with new merchandise.
Shout out to my DMG team, Superstar, Official Jones, IBeli3ve, KTD, BW, Frosty, Lil T, Tango West, Jeremy, Big E.
