Mahalia – Cheat (Feat. JoJo)

“Cheat” is an anthem where Mahalia and JoJo stand up against mistreatment from their cheating partners. With candid, pointed writing, the two singers express their disdain for their men and simply ask them to get their stuff and go.

Mahalia’s new song arrives with a music video directed by Boma Illuma and co-starring Selim Ibrahim as the love interest. According to an Instagram post from Mahalia, the video was inspired by Brandy and Monica’s massive hit “The Boy Is Mine”. I am a big Jojo fan and was excited to see these ladies go verse for verse with each other.
