AJ Penta: Demi Lovato’s Live Guitarist
AJ Penta has always been around music, beginning at the age of just 4 years old. The artist’s grandfather owned a studio and allowed Penta to play the drums.
At the age of 19, AJ Penta began learning the basics of playing guitar from a retired veteran who was kind enough to show him the ropes. The instrument came naturally to the artist and the first day he ever picked up a guitar he wrote his first song ‘A Devil’s Deal’. The song is still one of his most requested to this day.
After years of ups and downs in the industry, Penta went to Nashville in the summer of 2021 to record with Grammy award-winning producer Kenny Roster. The duo worked endlessly to record 4 tracks which set up a major label situation for the singer’s career. AJ Penta is currently signed with a division of Sony/Orchard called Curtain Calls Records which helped his debut single ‘Livin Free’ get picked up by over 100 radio stations worldwide. The song went on to chart at number 3 on Country Thunder Australia.
With a lot of experience under his belt, AJ Penta has been working hard on new music. The artist has several new singles set to come out in the coming months including a song with Mason Musso and a solo single called ‘Mama’.
