Myles Garrett facing multi-game suspension after hitting Steelers QB with his own helmet

In a game that already included Browns safety Damarious Johnson being ejected for a helmet-to-helmet hit on Steelers rookie Diontae Johnson that left him with a concussion and bleeding from the ear, Browns all-world defensive end was also ejected for ripping off Steelers QB Mason Rudolph’s helmet and then HITTING him in the head with it.
