Antonia Bundy, a 911 dispatcher, took a call from a young boy, and you’ll never guess his reason for the emergency. “I had a really bad day,” said the unnamed kid. He told Bundy that he was having trouble with his math homework, and just like that, the dispatcher turned into a math tutor. “He didn’t sound like he was in good spirits,” said Bundy. “That in itself, that’s what we’re trained to do.
