T.Rozie is a professional multi-talented performing artist that has trained as a dancer and now embarking in the world of Recording Artist. Born in Decatur, Georgia, Rozie has been dancing since she was in her mother’s womb. With 12 years of training in ballet, tap, and hip hop, and an additional nine years of training in modern, contemporary, and jazz dance, Whitehead is proficient in her artistry.  She founded her production company, Lilly’s Vision Productions, named after her late grandmother, and is currently working with Abe Clark of Salt Media Management to find out sound.  Writers, like Ricky” Rico” White, have given her the inspiration to expand her writing skills.

 

In February 2017, Rozie  won Ms. Teen Soloist at the Shake the Ground dance competition in Atlanta, Georgia. As a fierce competitor, she continues to place in Platinum and overall scoring in various competitions in the USA southeast region including Celebrity Dance Competition, Radix Dance Competition in Atlanta (Ms. Senior Soloist Runner Up, 2018), Kids Artistic Review in Nashville, TN (Ms. Senior Soloist Winner, 2018) and Star Power Dance in Atlanta (Ms. Senior Soloist Winner, 2019).

 

Whitehead’s extensive resume includes intensive training and performances beginning at the age of six.  From 2016 to 2017, she endured intensive Music Theater and Hip Hop training at the Joffrey Summer Dance Intensive Program and ADMIX at the Gotta Dance Summer Intensive Performing Arts School.

 

In 2014, her success as a Disney World Performer in Orlando, Florida led to dancing in various shows at the Gotta Dance Contemporary Dance Studio. In 2015, she performed as a member of the Delta Nu sorority in Legally Blonde at the Earl Strand Theatre. Most recent performances include her role as Tin Girl in The Wiz (2019) at Infinite Energy Center, and Mufasa in The77Group’s Lion King Jr. (2020).
