While many artists chose a name inauthentic to themselves, Kirk Sessions is different. Merging his first name, Kirk, with ‘Sessions,’ a safe space to break down emotions. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Sessions admits that his southern roots have impacted his sound, providing a ‘heartfelt, soulful, and melodic’ approach to music. Though Sessions may not be a performer who can dance, his acting chops and ability to play instruments helped turn him into a star.
