Appropriately titled “Backbone” the HBG-produced release finds the Maryland musician confessing his need for companionship. Speaking on his latest single, Dyson states: “Backbone is one of my personal favorites because it’s not a lot of songs out for women where their dude is showing appreciation for her support and for staying down.”

Hip-Hop harmonizer Dyson Alexander burst on to the scene back in 2014 with his single “Poppin Bottles,” which caught the ear of local DJ’s and tastemakers – eventually causing the record to receive regular air play during the mix-show segment of DC’s most prominent radio stations. Fast forward – the PG County native has established himself as a musical force to reckon with in and out the booth, rocking stages with the likes of Dae Dae and Future.
