After making several appearances during Essence Festival this past weekend, Nia Kay drops a video for her new buzz worthy single “Yeah Hoe.” Flipping the famed southern group Three Six Mafia’s song, Nia Kay owns this fiery hit and proves just how relevant she still is in the rap game. Directed by Nicky Films (Kevin Gates), “Yeah Hoe” depicts a colorful set of scenes that are a perfect representation of who Nia Kay is, from paying tribute to the West Coast with the classic LA bike, to her mobbing with the gang like a true Chicago queen. Nia Kay brings more than just a typical sexy style, but brings the bars spitting about empowerment. From the subtle corn on the cob display to the chillin in LA, she demands whatever she wants. Directed by Nicky Films, Yeah Hoe is a taste of Nia’s takeover in the industry leveling up and representing for the ladies. “Yeah Hoe” is a club-banging female anthem. While it shows another side of Nia, the self-proclaimed “bad b@tch”, doesn’t hold back on her performance, still keeping her “hair and her nails on fleek”.
