King Chad Celebrates 2nd Anniversary of “King’s Palace”
When it comes to music, those first successful songs are often the most meaningful for an artist – and, for King Chad, his King’s Palace album was undeniably one of the biggest jumps in his career. Indeed, King’s Palace was launched on June 19th, 2020, not long after the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic and the worldwide lockdowns; as such, despite being a crowded market, the album’s immense success has undeniably spurred King Chad’s career to ever greater heights.
It’s now nearly two years since the release of the King’s Palace album, but fans are already looking back at the album and its success with massive fondness and appeal. Indeed, some fans are already referring to the King’s Palace album as a classic; while this may not wholly be the case just yet, the album is nevertheless just as relevant and impactful today as it was on the day it was released.
The album continues to wow audiences with its unique combination of retro 80s pop music, reggaeton themes, Boombop, and even a little Hip-Hop and R&B. The songs in the album focus on themes of Family Poems, giving each song a unique and meaningful sound.
Looking to the future and taking inspiration from the success of his previous albums, King Chad is currently working on his 6th studio album. This is set to release at some point in the following year, along with many other excellent surprises in the works. And who knows – perhaps this new release will even smash the success of King’s Palace, which charted at #22 on the iTunes Top 100 list on May 1st, 2022.
