Xpression The MC & LB – “Bar Wars” (Official Video)

After dropping the 5-song Barology EP back in January, emerging sensations Xpression The MC and LB link up for a fast and furious lyrical duel in the new Kryptic Reign presentation, titled “Bar Wars.” Directed by Eye Of Evan, the visual showcases the two rhymeslayers’ phenomenal lyrical abilities ahead of their debut album coming this Summer.

LB is a descendant of Chicano Rapper (Jagg Chingon), one-half of the Latin Hip-hop duo known as fifth Sun. The apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree; the music is definitely in his son’s blood. LB’s Father, Jagg Chingon, will feature on a single off the album, titled Muerte, along with Puerto Rican rapper and singer TrapMurda7. We are told the record will be a raw Spanish rap song with a psycho realm vibe. The back-and-forth trade-off between LB and Xpression throughout the song gives it an old-school 90s boom-bap rap feel that keeps you engaged and wanting more.
