Getting To Know Dembow Sensation Yorkifer

The Dominican Dembow New Jersey artist, Yorkifer is currently working on the releases that promises to bring back the dembow music industry more than ever. With over 800k on his single “Traicionero”, Yorkifer is already onto the next and getting ready to go on tour by the summer. We asked a bunch of questions to really get to know this upcoming dem bow legend.

Who inspired you to make music?
Since I was 9 years old I have loved entertainment and music. Vico-C is one of the best rappers of all time and who inspired me to become who I am right now “Yorkifer.”
What first got you into music?
I found a way to connect with anyone in the world through my music and feel the positive vibes when I sing.
How would you describe the music that you typically create?
My music brings diversity and peculiar colors mixed with different cultures that is why my people get identified with me.
What is your creative process like?
I create my music thinking in all genders including Dembow, Reggaeton, Dancehall and Guaracha. I make a mix of all that, from there is where all my successful ideas come from.
Who would you most like to collaborate with?
I would love to collaborate with Drake, El Alfa, and Nicky jam.
If you could go open a show for any artist who would it be?
Pitbull.
What is one message you would give to your fans?
Each head is a world, Never take anything personal, enjoy your life one day at a time.
What would you be doing right now, if it wasn’t for your music career?
I would be doing the same as I prepared before I started the music career, signing artist in my company YYENTERTAINMENT as well following my financial business.
Where have you performed?
I have been to multiple places, for example, Lavo nightclub Ny, Primavera sounds los Angeles CA, Calle 8 festival carnaval Miami Florida, west New York festival nj etc.
What was your favorite venue so far?
At Lavo nightclub Ny.
Do you have any upcoming shows?
Yes, a media tour’s beginning in July, We will start in Chile, next Spain, and Dominican Republic. My new single “Tan Soltera” and “Apagate”.
What is your favorite song to perform?
My favorite song is “Tan Soltera” to perform.
What is the best advice you can give to an upcoming artist?
Stay focused on the quality of your Songs, never give up, and make good marketing logistics, so that your product goes far and has good results at the end.
If you could change anything about the industry, what would it be?
Never release one song after another because it will affect your previous single.

Conquer the world with my new color’s of dembow music.
