Honie Gold Shares New EP ‘Blind Spot’

By  |
While out on the road on her self-promoted tour throughout the Dirty South, fast-rising recording artist Honie Gold drops off a quick tape in her latest release called Blind Spot to keep fans feed. In the four-song collection that includes new fan favorites “Go Away” and “Truthful,” the Dallas, Texas native delivers raw emotions in the lyrics as she quickly evolves into one of the next big female emcees in music after years of obscurity on a local front. Her time is now.

“What you are hearing is an honest feeling that I’m sure most people feel/relate to when they have been on the fence about letting go and now one is finally over it,” said Gold in a recent interview. “I’m over it at this point.“

Since the project’s release, Honie Gold has been on the road, performing at every opportune moment, in front of both fans and industry tastemakers with intention of convincing them that her next album, currently in development, will open a lane straight to the top of the mainstream prospects. 2022 is going to be Honie Gold breakout year if she has anything to say about it.

On what’s next, she shares, “In terms of what’s next you ask…. Everything for the remainder of the year will be fruitful, vibrant and very in your face. I can tell you that I’ll be putting out 3 singles, 3 videos and of course more shows.”
