Chris Rock had a show at The Wilbur in Boston Wednesday night, where he appeared on the stage to a very rowdy crowd screaming Rock’s name.

“What’s up, Boston?” he asked the crowd, before adding: “How was your weekend?!” The comedian then took the stage dressed in all white. He immediately began by addressing the elephant in the room, telling the audience, “I’m still processing what happened.”

According to CNN Chris said, “I don’t have a bunch of s*** about what happened, so if you came to hear that, I had like a whole show I wrote before this weekend. And I’m still kind of processing what happened, so at some point I’ll talk about that s***. And it’ll be serious and it’ll be funny, but right now I’m going to tell some jokes.”

The comedian already had a scheduled tour that was commencing after the Oscars. The ticket pricing skyrocketed after the incident and his first show happened on the heals of the Academy announcing there would be disciplinary actions against Will Smith had been initiated.
