Rolling Loud and RapTV Partner For One Of SXSW’s Hottest Rap Showcase

Hosted at the famous Stubb’s Waller Creek Amphitheater, the two-night event hosted by Rolling Loud and RapTV was the most exciting event of the weekend, transforming the legendary venue into a mini-festival grounds with custom decor. Headlining the events were Don Toliver and Sheck Wes but my favorite performance was by Texas’ own Trae the Truth. I caught him briefly at Vibe’s event that happened on Wednesday but didn’t stick around to see T-Pain which was unfortunate. As a contact advocate for helping people, it was dope to hear new music from the legend and see Tay Money grace the stage.

Both Rolling Loud Co-Founder Tariq Cherif and Rap TV’s COO David Kantanka very thoroughly pleased with their return to SXSW despite some brands fearing the lack of crowd.
