3Nights Opens up on the Challenges He Faced to Reach the Top

By  |

Everyone feels the urge to change careers at some point in their lives. It may not necessarily involve dropping everything you are doing to start something fresh. It can be a transition or expansion to a new space or industry while searching for more success or your dreams. Either way, challenges and obstacles are meant to be part of the journey. You have to face and overcome any potential setbacks on your way to success.

The music industry is one of the most sought-after career paths as everyone wants to enjoy celebrity status and the lifestyle that comes with it. However, it is also one of the toughest industries to break into, making it only a dream to many.

But one Joshua Garcia, or 3Nights as the stage name he is popularly known by, has defied all odds to find his way to success. 3Nights is a fast-rising talent in the American music scene and one of the top talents to watch out for. The singer-songwriter is taking over the industry with his unique music style and natural, gentle, and smooth vocals. 3Nights is gradually cementing his position in the industry, not only as a future star but also as a prolific talent in the music scene.

Far from the music world, 3Nights is also a successful entrepreneur, managing a top fashion brand. He is the co-founder of COOKIES AND KICKS, one of the most popular and in-demand shoe and fashion stores in Los Angeles. He is also an expert in the crypto world, leading a team of investors to succeed with NFTs (non-fungible tokens). A jack of all trades, 3Nights is currently working on expanding into the real estate industry. He sees so much potential in the industry and wants to fulfill his dream of creating communities and homes for the people of California City, about 2 hours north of Los Angeles.

Though 3Nights has been able to command success in different fields, he points out that the journey was not smooth. He considers the transition from never owning a business to managing multiple enterprises as one of his most significant challenges. 3Nights says that there was so much to be managed, and he found himself outsourcing some services. He attests to losing businesses due to weak money management skills and poor strategies, which he terms a learning phase that helped him become the person he is today.

Making the transition from business management to being an artist was also a challenge for him. He says that he found it hard to transition from Joshua Garcia to 3Nights the artist.

“I had to get used to taking on somewhat of a new persona. And when embracing this new life, I was trying to move from entrepreneur to artist. I would get surprised when people would call me 3Nights instead of Josh. It definitely took some time getting used to,” adds 3Nights.

3Nights is now working to scale his music brand into the mainstream. He shares a deep passion for art and wants to share it with the rest of the world.
