Troy Money Joins DGB’s Off The Porch For New Interview

By  |
Due to the Kingpin status of his father and his gifted athletic ability, rising rapper Troy Money was always welcomed by the older hustlers. Troy played many sports growing up and always had a love for rapping. In high school, he was the starting point guard for the varsity basketball team and helped lead them to a state title in 2004. He also received a scholarship to play in college but was eventually kicked out for not going to class. While playing college basketball, Troy welcomed his oldest daughter into the world.  The pressure to provide for his family at a young age pushed him towards street life.
Troy didn’t meet his father until he was 18, but the impact changed his life forever. His eyes were opened to a new world that he didn’t know existed. In 2015 Troy and his father caught a fed case together. This being his first time in serious trouble, Troy had to learn fast. While spending more than 5 years incarcerated, Troy matured into the man he is today. That is what you hear in his music.
Fast forward to today, Troy is consistently gaining momentum and new fans through his recent drops and buzz. Check out Troy Money’s interview with Off The Porch below!
