Simone is a short-term rental and financial expert specializing in tax, credit, and real estate strategies to best position individuals and entrepreneurs for financial freedom. As CEO of Equity Finance and Tax Services, Simone offers business opportunities for other entrepreneurs, allowing hundreds to create wealth and financial independence through her mentorship. Through her experience with a short-term rental, Simone is taking the home-sharing economy to the next level! She is also the Co-Owner of Free Racks Society, an investment lounge dedicated to promoting millennials’ financial literacy strategies.
With an educational background inclusive of Communications, Political Science, and Debate, Simone has always focused on community leadership and connection. While developing her leadership skills, Simone implemented customer service, inventory management, time allocation, and merchandising strategies for some of the nation’s largest retail entities. In addition to her educational experiences, Simone has served the DC Superior Court House as a Mental Health Advocate and embraced Public Relations as a Sports Reporter for German-town Post.
Simone has now been one of the country’s most sought-after Gen-Z advisors for truly maximizing the educational value of understanding short-term real estate investing and credit. As the youngest participant accepted to the Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs Program, Simone educates her target audience and existing program participants to uplift the educational experiences of Atlanta’s NPU-V entrepreneurs.
