Trap Pop Artist Nia Dinero offers love and self-care with debut single “Meditate” produced by Mike WILL Made-It

Many of entertainment’s most influential artists are natives of Virginia. Chris Brown, Missy Elliott, Pharrell and even Timbaland claim Old Dominion as their home state, offering kudos to their upbringing in the mid-Atlantic as the catalyst to their superstardom.

Enter Nia Dinero, a fresh-faced Virginia native on the scene, making her own way with a soundscape coined as “trap pop”, a new take on traditional R/B and pop intermixed with a bass heavy rhythmic beat. The debut single “Meditate” from her visual album “Just For Now” delivers the ingenious sounds from super producer, Mike WILL Made-It. Exclusively written by Dinero, the artist takes listeners on a journey of self-care using strategic word play, while asking her suitor if he is capable of being a stress-free partner. She continues with:

“Can we take away the stress like we doing sets/Make wanna rep wit’ a little light flex”

She beckons flirtatiously, yet reminding this new beau that he isn’t to add to any stressors in her life.

As a health advocate, Nia lends to her athletic side to deliver the visuals for the record. “It was easy to catch the concept, because meditation and fitness are major aspects of my lifestyle, and I believe in the power of self-care and knowing your worth.”
