Culture Jam: Kawhi Leonard’s Newest Crossover

With Culture Jam, NBA star teamed up with genius music executive Eesean Bolden to bring you Everything Different; an NBA Youngboy and Rod Wave collab. Kawhi Leonard has already proven to be able to move to different arenas and win, and this arena is sure to be no different. The first single from Culture Jam was released May 28th, just in time to enter the bid for song of the summer.

Accompanied by a visual starring high school basketball sensation, Mikey Williams, Everything Different captures the relationship between music and sports that has stood the test of time. From the moment the headphones land on the young kid’s ears we hear exactly why NBA Youngboy is on every young ballers pregame playlist. Complimented by the newest young Hip-Hop star Rod Wave, Culture Jam is coming out smoking on to the scene.

Eesean Bolden, Senior Vice President of Warner Music, reputation precedes him as he now takes the helm of this project at the Executive Producer for the project. After working with multiple successful artists, Bolden is proving himself to be one of music’s best ears. Meanwhile, Kawhi Leonard’s resume is shaping up to be one of the most impressive in the history of the league. It only seems right for these two to combine their respective powers. Leonard who isn’t the first athlete to have a foray into the music world, hasn’t been known for much off of the court so this project comes off as a welcome revelation.

A portion of the proceeds from the streams of the project go to Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation, bringing all this great music to support an even greater cause. With the NBA playoffs in full swing, Kawhi Leonard and Eesean just gave everyone a new jam to put into rotation when crossing the culture intersection.
