It was many years later he would actually take his career to different heights connecting back with an old friend & his rap group. soon after Velly came Out With his first mix tape “Armageddon Fully Loaded” hosted by Dj Don Demarco & Dj Get Fly of Coast2Coast mix tapes. The twenty one year old artist is showing pure evidence that he is the next upcoming new sound for the year 2013. “On this mixtape I wanted to show the world there is definitely still talent from New York and there is talent over looked in the ghetto”. In 2014, Velly released a number of singles & videos for the public to take notice of him & his Team. These Singles & Videos was a perfect digital start for the rapper to showcase his talent and become heard in tNew York & other sounding cities giving him opportunity to perform in many showcases . The mix tape “Armageddon Fully Loaded” proved to be a success when he got a call from Industry Figure mikey jay to perform at Two Shais Night club in the bronx at this time Velly went by the name Taoz Dha boss. He continued to rise editing & directing his own music videos under his production company iGotWork_Tv. Velly will turned up the level one more notch by dropping a soon come mix tape entitled “Trapped in my mind” a current build up for his anticipated street album New York Order. “I’m the new sound for NYC” Velly says and even while being confident in his work Velly explains why he does so well as an artist. “Ima do me regardless of what haters say because at the end of the day they got to play me to actually judge me this is all natural talent”.
