Nurse in Queens First to Receive Vaccine | NBC New York

A registered nurse was the first in New York to receive the coronavirus vaccine Monday morning.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s office said they believed Sandra Lindsay was likely the first to be vaccinated in the United States. She received the first dose of the vaccine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Queens, New York.
