Killer Mike Causes Social Media Outrage Over Meeting With Georgia Governor Brian Kemp
ATL rapper and activist Killer Mike is under some serious fire this week over his surprising decision to meet with Georgia Governor Brian Kemp. Kemp who is a republican and a loyal supporter of President Trump since 2016, tweeted out photos of him and Killer Mike shaking hands with a caption reading, “Today, Marty and I had a great meeting with Killer Mike, we discussed how small businesses and the music industry are weathering the pandemic, the value of our skilled trade workers, and our fight to end human trafficking in Georgia. We look forward to seeing him again soon!” This post did not sit well with social media and a wave of democrats had some things to get off their chest. Check out the tweets below!
Killer Mike attempting to brand himself as the Reasonable Negro™ by meeting with a white man who stole an election from a Black woman and then denied the impact of COVID. Very reasonable 🤧 https://t.co/BQn7h0pCwi
