GCC – “Paper Chasing”

GCC is an influential Hip-Hop group with a compelling blend of powerful, street-inspired lyrics poured over hard-hitting beats. Group members Melo, Beanie, and Microwave Boy formed the group in 2013, after years of friendship, growing up in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Their sound encompasses a combination of the rich cultural influences of South Louisiana and South Texas.

They have collaborated with some of the biggest names in Southern Hip-Hop, such as ESG, Bun B, Lil Keke, Slim Thug, and others, creating multiple regionally recognizable hits. In 2013, GCC released their hit “Money Already Made”, featuring Slim Thug and Bun B, followed up later with the release of “Bandz” featuring ESG. They also released the mixtape “Outta Sight Outta Mind” in 2014.

In 2017, GCC returned with the regional smash “Lovely Day”, featuring Billy Cook, ESG, and Big Pokey.

The latest single GCC released is “Paper Chasing”! The single creates an anthem for getting money and making a way out. With the dirty south influenced production and cadences the song has been catching the attention of every listener.
