With podcasts becoming a more and more popular, and seemingly everyone has a podcast now, I roundup some of my favorite ones to listen to.
A Waste of Time with ItsTheReal
ItsTheReal (brothers named Eric and Jeff Rosenthal) interview people that make Hip-Hop, Hip-Hop. From musicians to videographers, to label executives, time and time again these two have proven to provide the culture with relevant content and hilarious banter. (Also check out their movie review podcast with Sheek Louch and Styles P of The Lox, 2 Jews and 2 Black Dudes Review The Movies)
A subfeed found on New York Said podcast feed, Amon Focus and Juan Sanchez highlight cigars and some knowledge behind them. This is perfect for the people that recently watched the Michael Jordan documentary and think they look cool smoking cigars. Pick up some tips and be informed while you enjoy your smokes.
Say Less with Kaz
Birthed in the quarantine, Hip-Hop/Sports journalist Kazeem Famuyide branched out from his hosting duties on another popular podcast into a solo venture. Kaz speaks to his friends, who just happen to be famous athletes and musicians, and speak about current events and their careers.
