WTF: Man Jumps from Balcony of His Flooded Hotel Room & Smashes Up SUV

A California man who goes by @prophetamenra on Instagram uploaded a video of a man jumping from the balcony of his flooded hotel room in Commerce, CA. The man, who was soaking wet, climbed over the railing and jumped onto an SUV below, smashing the roof and the hood. While a child below is screaming at the man because he smashed her family’s car, the man walks over to a curb in the parking lot and crouches down.
