After having his family threatened by associates of Cassius Dawkins (guest star Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson), Capt. Frank Foster (Glenn Fleshler) testifies in Dawkins’s hearing. Aaron Wallace (Nicholas Pinnock) asks for his account of the fight, and Foster, whose report said he arrived after the fight, now claims to have overheard Wild Bill’s guys discussing an ambush on Dawkins.
