Saudi Prince throws down $52 Million on this jaw-dropping Bel Air compound

The Wall Street Journal is reporting an “Unnamed Saudi Male” has completed a $52.2 million purchase of this jaw-dropping Bel Air compound. The two connected sites — one quite a bit larger than the other were purchased in separate transactions with plans to combine the properties into a single estate. The acquisition is California’s largest residential deal of 2019.
