It has just been learned that the BROOKLYN BOSS, A.B. Da Don accepted a plea deal in New Jersey on those Kingpin charges that he was arrested on early this year. (That was fast)
The plea deal consist of him forfeiting 3 cars that was taken, 120,000 in cash in jewelry and a 3 family house in the city of Baltimore that investigators found too be in his legal name of Alexander Williams. He will have to serve a year in a New jersey prison, pay a fine of 20,000 and complete 3 years of probation. The plea was negotiated after it was learn that the wire tap was not on A.B. his self but on an associates of his, Ron Helmer New Jersey super Attorney was sure that the case was beat due to a conflict of interest between New Jersey and Maryland in which both States Where investigating him.
It was said that A.B. explained to his lawyer that he was happy with the plea agreement, and that he would accept the state offer in fear of his co-defendant taking the stand on him in the matter. A.B.'s lawyer release a statement as saying" the streets aren't the same as the early 80's and these young guy cant do time so watch you have to be more careful on how you pick your friends now-a-days". This statement was released after it was learn that Craig Johnson one of the co-de was stopped prior in the investigation and had knowledge of his phone being tapped in a previous drug case in WV in which he has still on bail for at the time of the arrest. Craig Johnson Mother and Aunt had made numerous calls and visit to the Attorney General's office to plea with the state that the investigation was bigger than her child and to go after the so call big guys.
There is a video floating around of Craig talking with the police in the station and it will probably soon been released to the press now due to A.B. taking the plea. A.B. states that he will never rap again after the release of the Tru Religion mixtape and DVD, he was quoted as saying " the rap game have these young niggas thinking its okay to flip on there mans"
