It could be a rental..but it wouldnt be that hard to purchase a house like that in florida on the cheap...its not in the best shape and with the economy..its probably a short sale or foreclosure
shit..houses in detroit went for $10,000-$20,000 and all you needed to buy one was $1000 down
and in case you dont know..NOT everyone has a computer and is up on the download...some people prefer to BUY the cd..even a bootleg copy of a free download lol
So I can easily see how he could sell at least a 100,000 of them, since he's already got the outlets for it...dont know if its true..but its definitely possible
