Ok, i'm fine wit Kanye, jay z, and wayne ( even tho i thinkhe is overrated). But Ross is doin his thing but he shuld not b #4, his cd wasnt that good, it was jus good. How can T.I. b 10, he shuld b higher he has a hot song out and had nice remix's appearances. Last but not least, where the hell is ludacris, it shuld not even b a question of top 10 for him its more like top 5. Other than ludacris, Game shuld get some consideration(even tho i dont like him), but also Fabolous his been really good this year. Y is Andre on the list his last song was hella long time ago, dont get me wrong he is one of the most talented rappers but not one of the hottest.
