I like intelligent dialogue so Ill say this...examine each individuals catalog and show me how JZ, Biggie or any other artist aside from other "political" rappers even come close to Pacs. Song for song, content, lyrics delivery etc...Hands down PAc has the most diverse catalog of hip hop music in a short time frame..you may not like his flow or delivery but his records were more universal and really spoke to the black man America moreso than any other rapper on the mainstage during that time....
