Not enough detail in the story to say who's fault it was. Think about if you were the cop and a man (REGARDLESS OF RACE) who had a bulletproof vest was aiming a gun at you RIGHT AFTER a gunfight...These guys are forced to make split-second decisions and I know if I was a cop, and it was my life or his, it would fuckin dam sure be his. period.

dude was 43 those charges could of been from his early 20's(20 years ago) or something
he could of changes his life around as he was working with celeb's
the story just sounds suspect. The guy who lived was the actual shooter to begin with if
him and the bouncer was having a shoot out, why would the bouncer
deceide to shoot at the police when they arrived on the scene.
I think police just saw another dude with a gun and let him have it
before finding out who he was (its ill how he had a vest and police shot him in the neck).

I can think of 4 cases in the past 3 years so imagine how many we don't hear about.
Bottom line if your a man of color with a gun and police come to the scene
your almost gauranteed to get shot if not killed that just like in america
or atleast in NY
