I don't know what goes on behind the scenes, but two artists that should NEVER diss Jay are Beanie Seagel and Memphis Bleek. Why? Because when the ROC put their records out, they promoted the hell out them records. I never understood why the ROC kept putting them out, because I thought they were good background guys, but not Superstars. Neither one went platinum, ever, and each have at least 3 heavily promoted albums.
I felt like the ROC was trying to force the public to like Segal and Bleek, but they never caught on like that.

I don't see how some of you can be so dumb! Sayin "oh beanie a grown man jay don't owe him nothin." Thats NOT the point. Do you ppl actually LISTEN to what Beanie said? or do you hear what you wanna hear .. Jay-z is RICH. wtf does he need Beanie on his label for if Beanies not "grindin" how Jay wanted him to? wtf does Jay have to worry about once he releases him? Thats the grime in Jay-z. Thats supposed to be your "la familia." huh? "Loyality, honesty, FRIENDS, and THEN wealth?" B.S. & people stop useing memph. bleek as an example of someone whose still put on by Jay. MEMP. bleek is NOT gettin money. He's Jay's yes man, if he falls back he knows he'll be dead broke. I'm not hatin on Jay at all cause he was my favorite rapper for a while. call it what u want but the nigga Jay had bigger dreams just like every otha fuckin American and these nigga was lucky that he was in the position to put niggaz on. After that it's up to them to step up they game and make it happen. You can't even compare 50 and Yayo cus they was boys before the music, just like Jay and MB. Dame brought Beans to Jay's attention anyway. i feel both sides...beans expected more help after he got locked but jay put him in a good position & beans fucked it up own his own...you cant be bustin gunz broad day my nig when u got so much on the line.....stupid!!! jay's an asshole but he's smart & does him he cant control what none of these niggaz do...he didnt come in the game with them like 50 yayo & banks................
