CHRIS BROWN Seeking Career Damage Control Expert
Chris Brown and camp are putting the word out there that they are in dire need of people who specialize in working miracles after a potentially career-ending crisis:
Embattled R&B singer Chris Brown has hired Mel Gibson’s publicist in a bid to help limit the damage his recent arrest will have on his career. The Kiss Kiss hitmaker is facing possible jail time after he was charged by Los Angeles police with making criminal threats following a heated argument with ex-girlfriend Rihanna in the early hours of February 8 2009. The incident is said to have left the Umbrella star in need of hospital treatment and she has since returned to her native Barbados to recuperate. Brown broke his silence on the day’s events on Sunday Feb. 15 2009, when he released a statement admitting he was “saddened” by the incident and claimed he was getting counselling from his pastor and his family. And the 19 year old is taking further steps to salvage his pop star status - by hiring Alan Nierob, the man who saved Gibson’s movie career after his infamous anti-Semitic outburst in 2006, when he was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI).
But, there are also reports that he has hired another f*ck up fixer:
Chris Brown’s rumored list of ‘damage control’ aid has grown to include Paris Hilton’s former publicist Mike Sitrick.
Sitrick, known for aiding the sociailte after her highly publicized ‘24 hour’ jail stint a few years back, is now rumored to be helping Chris Brown in his quest to gain control of his legal woes and faltering image.
According to Fox411 columist Roger Friedman, Sitrick allegedly wrote the ‘lame’ statement Brown issued Sunday where the singer takes on the press and bloggers who were ‘making things up’.
Friedman also says Sitrick is probably the only one who would take a gig with Chris Brown:
“I know one press agency that turned him down cold. There were probably others. Flacks don’t generally have consciences, but if they represent well known women who’ve taken stands against domestic abuse, there’s no way they can represent Chris Brown.”
Chris Brown is due in court March 5.

And you expect this to go over well C.B. I mean damn, I ain't for beating on a woman but if she do some shit like that, I'm all for it. Who does this dirty whore think she is? Gave the nigga some H and trying to make a scene like that. I hope C.B recovers from this, even though I really don't listen to his music. There ought to be an investigation whether Rihanna knowingly gave C.B that H, and if it's true, there has to be some kind of charge that comes along with that. Shit, if I know I got A.I.D.S and I start dickin down some bitch raw, best believe they gon charge me with some kind of shit along the line of attempted murder or something like that, real talk!!
