Raised out in the wilds of North Amityville, NY (it's a suburb on Long Island, but don't get it twisted...at all). Currently sequestered in a curious land known as Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania.
SilencioBarnes is a name in CamelCase - You can call me Silence, you can call me Silencio, you can call me Barnes or if you know any of my other names, I still answer to those too;)
I'm a writer. Period. I write lyrics, I write poetry, I can churn out an article a short story or a novel. I'm an artist for hire. I realize the tracks you might be listening to right now aren't the greatest, but I don't know shit about beat making and production, mixing or mastering. I've been trying to teach myself, but the more I learn, the more I see that I don't know a damn thing. I only ever wanted to write, not perform. I'm sitting on rock songs (mostly punk but can be converted), R&B songs, Experimental music and some pop, as well as a WHOLE BUNCH of performance poetry. I feel I can come up with something for any occasion. I'm open to anything; need a track for your dvd, I'm available, need something for that porn you plan on shooting, I will oblige, holla atcha boy.
And for all the people that make it here, this page is still a personal page as well (don't know how long that's gonna last) so if you find an interest in me as a PERSON, then you can holla at me here. I'll respond…might take a while…a long while, but I will…well, I'll try (friendly reminders go a long way with me, don't be afraid to call me out if you feel I've been taking an exorbitant amount of time getting to you).
If you want to speed up the process, I have various means that can be used to get into contact with me. Just check the MySpace page. The voicemail numbers are your best option.
You can also find me on many other social network sites. If I'm not represented on a site that you mess with, let me know and I'll set up a profile there. You can also Google me...and possibly find some really embarrassing shit that I may have posted somewhere or other years ago under this name.

I'm originally from Amityville NY but now I'm residing in the sleepy town of Coplay PA (Lehigh Valley, outside of Allentown).
I'm a writer. I write poetry, short stories, articles and am working on a novel. But this page that I'm requesting you to at least look at, is my music/poetry page.
I don't want to spam you, or send you a whole bunch of inane messages or flood your comment box for attention.
I'm a human being and I don't like for people to do that to me.
I want you to know that I'm a dynamic person with a million different interests and insights. Look around the page, read what I write, check out the blog (better yet, etc. You may even want to check out my other pages to get a better understanding of the type of person I am.
I'm not trying to sell you anything (but you can purchase one of my 99 cent mp3s if you want, I only have three of them so far, still working on more).
I just want you to listen and read. I would like for you to send me messages and comments if you want, but would never demand it of you. I should let you know that I get a lot of messages on this page, so sometimes it takes me a long time to respond. But I do respond.
