- oh ok yeah..Department of Veterans Affairs, in Washington DC..he was a police officer...a top dog up in there..not no regular officer federal government..he was damn near like secret service...I knew him personally sat and ate lunch with him everything..I feel sorry for him cuz he had a wife and daughter that he loved and had a lot goin for himself...but yeah i havent been to that flea market in a minute...do you ever come out here?
