My name is Sarah Dees. I am posting this message to help protect people, to send out a warning.

For months, I have been promoting a man and his networks. I now know the true character of Michael Brittingham and have proof of his illegal and immoral activities. That is why I am posting this message now.

Michael Louis Brittingham, is an international internet predator, posing as a wealthy, successful businessman and pretending to be a humanitarian. We have evidence to prove that this man is not the man he claims to be in multiple online sites.

His "American Business Club" is not a real business, has no physical address, is not registered anywhere, and he is using this name to commit fraudulent activity.

Michael Louis Brittingham has scammed women in the US and Europe for money and goods, travel expenses, food, living accommodations, hotel and other expenses. He has taken these things for services and employment under false pretenses.

He offered false information to lure women into working for him without compensation, and has used offers of recording contracts and jobs overseas as artists to women in an "Artist in Residence" program to get money from them, work for him, and other things. He preys on single women and single mothers with children. He seeks out the vulnerable and those who need help, in absolutely despicable acts, ripping off those who can least afford to lose what he takes from them.

Because I was promoting him before I knew the true character of this man, now that I have discovered the truth, I feel it is my responsibility to get the word out and help protect others from the danger of associating with this person.

He is actively seeking investors for his latest scheme, the Michael Jackson Museum @ Pickfair in Beverly Hills, California, a museum to house Michael Jackson's collection. He is contacting people and asking for money, plane tickets and lodging even if he doesn't know them and has only communicated by internet messages.

I have alerted the network owners. When web site administrators learn the truth, they are pulling down press releases he sent out and deleting his profiles. Individuals are blocking him and removing him as a "friend".

He is a member of 29 NING networks...a large preying field. He is also on myspace, facebook, linked in, Ecademy and other networks, so you may be connected to him in more than one place. On Skype he is sirmichaelbrittingham, and we found he also uses that name on a bondage sex forum. He used to be an administrator on XING, but he was kicked out of that network for another scam when he sent a letter to his whole network asking for cash, pretending to be in danger in a war zone. The letters about that are still posted on XING and you can find them to review there. He still claims to be the CEO of XING. That is a lie.

P.S. A friend asked me how to delete a NING profile so she could leave his groups. So I am adding this information if you want to delete your profile. It's extremely simple to delete a NING profile. Simply sign into the site and go to your page.

Look at the top right corner, in the box where your "in box" is. See the word "settings" at the bottom of that short list of options? Click Settings. When the page opens, look at the
bottom of the page and it says Leave the _________group. Just click that. A box will pop up...saying, are you sure you want to leave? you click, YES. Done. Your profile is erased. Three quick clicks and you're out of there.
