Jay didnt put any promo dollars behind the project, but he'll put all the money in his projects and give the rest of his artist the left overs. Thats not how you run a label. Jay doesn't know how to budget his companies funds. And Dame gave Beans State Prop clothing and the label, not Jay. Jay is horrible.
