Was lucky enough to meet 500000000000000000 at the 02 Arena, London, thanks to the thisis50 team!
Have always loved 50 since back in the day like no other!!
Well where do I start!? ;-)
I have always admired and had an eye for Mr Jackson from back in the day, way before he was commercially famous!
I have been too most of his concerts in London, and also his film premier, however, I have never dreamed that I would meet him in the flesh!
I entered the competition on thisis50.com, and to be fair I did not think that I would hear anything but the day before the 02 concert I received an email from Corentin from G Unit Record, I thought my friends were winding me up as they ALL know how much I love 50!!
I phoned the number and spoke to Corentein, who was so sweet, and he told me that Tony from Hot 97 would be in contact with me to arrange were to meet the next day!!!
I woke up soooooooooo early!! looking forward to my big day ahead with the support of my friend Chantel, who was also excited. Tony finnally rung me and tld me to meet him at the box office @ 8.00.
Me and Chantel arrived to be greeted by a busyyyyy Tony, who looked over busy! we folowed him backstage and then he ushered us to the middle of the arena where we saw supporting act FABULOUS, and then the sexxxxxxxxxxxy Fiddy and Lloyd banks! they sounded great, fiddy always sems to get bettter and better, and the crowd always seem to get louder and louder!! The fire effects was great as well, alongside Fiftys cheeky little finger and tongue comments teasing the crowds of girls!! ;-)
Once the show had finished Tony came and collected us and put us in a room backstage, we waited for about half an hour for Fiddy to arrive!
Fiddy walked in the room and said 'Wow are these all the competition winners' - they was not, which was a bit dissapointing as I ould have loved some more one on one time with him to ask him WHEN he is moving to LONDON!!!
Fiddy was more then happy to be taking pictures and I must admit I got quite a few!!!
I then asked Fiddy where the after party was and he said tha he would find out for me as he does not know as yet!
50 was then ushered by his people out of the room........
There was just one thing I wish I could have done but was too shy too and that was............. give him a kiss on the cheek...!!
So Fiddy if you're reading this you owe me a kiss!!
THANK-YOU Soooooooo much to thisis50.com for inventng the competition, and also Corentin from G Unit records for making it happen and also Tony for handling the venue nicely, you did a good job, but T, I think you do too much!!!
And a big shout to Fifty, who performed beautifully as per usual! is there anything he ain't good at.!!
