Former Co-Host of Trill Talk Radio and previously a business partner/producer of Urban Music Report...J Milly ventured off on her own as planned over the last year to create Hustle~N~Grind, which includes Hustle & Grind Radio.

In just 3 months, she has made a fan base WORLDWIDE, of nearly 8,000 listeners. She is known for speaking her mind as well as putting her guests in the hot seat by asking questions that a lot of media wont. She has conducted many interviews including: Bone, Ginuwine, GS Boyz, Mims, Swag, Crooked I, Juice of BWS, Polo aka The Fur King, Tito Bell, Young Life of BWS, Dem Show Stoppas and many others. J Milly and Hustle & Grind Radio have joined forces with the X Squad Dj's to provide an even bigger and stronger platform.

As of mid October 2009, there are some major negotiations in place with national sponsors, broadcast television and for a position with a major record label. J Milly continues to be a strong voice for hip hop in Arizona and won't stop until she reaches the top!
