Curtis Jackson is a mogul(Welcome)

In the world of Hip-Hop Entertainment Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson is considered as a pariah for many and a burburgeoning mogul for others. Recently there has been alot of controversy with on of G-Unit's former soldier "Young Buck" who recently blasphemed the company who helped create his career. Many feel that 50 Cent is an arrogant and drama prone opportunist, but on the other hand he is considered a mogul who has amassed a substantial resume of achievements. One of the recent stories that has emerged was the taped conversation between Buck and 5o with buck breaking down and crying over the phone begging to be reinstated into the group after being charged with treason.

On many of the blog comments people thought 50 was in error for recording a private conversation but I beg to differ. First of all in my opinion 50 Cent is a mogul who seized an opportunity early in his career and decided to diversify his portfolio rather than deplete his finances on nonrecoupable endeavors. In a economically deprived nation I find that Curtis Jackson is considered a smart and saavy businessman. I find that in the Hip-Hop culture most artists fail to plan properly and manage their finances properly to benefit them for the long term. While most are content with $100,000 pendants and a luxury automobiles that depreciates in value the moment it leaves the showroom, he has decided to find an alternative to his methodical solution to growing his brand.

I admire 50 for rising above all of his demons of the past to make a name for himself in this everchanging world of Hip-Hop that exploits our culture and eats its young. There are also many that do not like Donald Trump, but they cannot take away that he is a shrewd and saavy businessman and extremely successful. I believe that before 50 made it, I feel that he studied the game and learned the mistakes of the many rap artists that has been before,during, and after him. In order to survive in corporate America you must be tenacious and willing to develop a thick skin void of feelings. Young Buck made a very tragic mistake as he allowed his emotions to cloud his judgement and now he has to severly deal with the consequences behind it.

I commend Young Buck for being man about the situation by apoligizing but the damage has already been done. 50 was considerate enough to offer Buck a deal, permission to start his own label, and given the opportunity to see the world that many of us never get to see. With record companies downsizing and the budgets streamlined many artists are left out in the cold but 50 managed to utilize his street knowledge and truly apply it to his corporate infrastructure. He was instrumental in creating a huge buzz in the mixtape market and the dynamics of avoiding the trappings of "Ghetto Politics" that has extinguished the lives of many fallen rappers.

In my opinion Curtis Jackson is the epitome of how a blackman can seize an opportunity and make it work for himself. The United States is an corporation with a President and Vice President including cabinet members. Throughout our political history you have never witnessed cabinet members speaking out against the policies of the President regardless if the member might disagree with some of the Presidents policies. Young Buck was a cabinet member and he is the blame for his own untimely career demise.....Case Closed!

50 is what he is and that is 5-0. He sucks and should stop causing drama and make music like he used to when he was broke. He hasn't been hot since his mixedtapes. I was a fan now I think he's garbage and somebody needs to pop his big head thats forever growing. He will never be noted as a great MC as long as he continues with his garbage. What the f&5k happen to the old 50cent? B*%c N#ggaz make B@tch moves, and what he did to Buck was foul. 50 is dirty and grimey and is willing to do anything to claim his fame. He has lost my respect as well as many others. 50 needs to grow up and make music and not beef. He will never be respected as a great mc. He might sell more records but he will never be an elit MC. ... Big Ups to the real Mc's and not this CB4 Wanksta.

50cent sucks.... He hasn't been hot since his oldschool mixedtapes. I really used to be a fan, now I think its just garbage that comes out of his mouth. Why can't he concentrate on making music than making beef. What he did to Buck was f*&ked up. That was a real B*%c move by recording a phone conversation between men. I really think now 50cent is 5-0. What happen to 50. It's like when he got rich he stopped trying. 50 may sell more records but he will never be noted as one of the best. His lyrical content is compared to a pre-school rapping. Stick to the mixtapes, he ed hotter and actually considered an underground king. I used to feel 50 sh*t, n0w I just think he's so whack. I see that his fans are getting sick of his sh*t too. Weezy better, Nas is better, Buck is better, 50 you suck go back to your mixedtapes. Stop hating and start makin you classic oldschool ways. More money, the more stupid his rhymes get.
