HELL NO, JUSTICE WASNT SERVERD. U NOW GAVE THEM THE RIGHT TO KILL ANY BODY AND SAY " I THOUGHT THEY HAD A GUN" AND GET AWAY WITH IT . IF IT WAS 4 BLACK OFFICERS AND A GUY BENSONHURST OR A JEWISH GUY FROM CROWN HEIGHTS IT WOULD BE A TOTALLY DIFFERENT OUTCOME.

Thats ridiculous, those police officers should have definately went to prison, They gave Wesley Snipes 3 years for tax fraud, police officers kill a father and a husband and they get no time. His death could have been prevented if those officers would have chose to act in another way, I hope when they go to sleep at night they remember what they did, they remeber how Sean Bell's two little girls will grow up without a father because of their sensless acts.

i agree that the cops got away with this crime because they were cops and all u have to say is i thought he had a gun and you are pretty much safe from any criminal prosecution, however you cant say it was racially motivated because two of the three officers were themselves black...
