MAN this is easy, if you listened to the REMIX of "Get Money"......
IT clearly stATes that the Rappers themselves say that, JAY-Z, Owns NEW YORK, and 50 "Runs NEw YOrk" meaning that he's heavy in tune with the streets and the people, while JAY-Z and Diddy, are just the heads in the suits who call the shots.....but in my opinion , 5th still dont give a shit , cuz hes the younger money out of the 3 so he's next in line.
JAy-Z , I think people might think that he may own NY, due to the fact that he has way more years in the Game and he is already a legend, so basically how we people classify the VIPS, more people might agree And say JAY (and lets not forget Diddy), they are both on the same level of VIP, might get more respect by everyone and say they OWN New York for the fact of them having more years in the game, but like the MOB (mafia), how they run things, you can sort of see them like being the bosses, the guys who dont do dirt , but rather just sit in there office all day , thinking there doing something important, lol, but when they want something done they call the person whos in the streets , RUNNING THINGS, and this is how I see AS 50 being. Im just giving you an example. On the other hand 5th is still "gutta like a mother fucker", he's "New MOney, and he "came up to fast", so in his own words, hes still "Ain't CHange UP" , and has many more years of fucking around and just running the streets...(Hell Yeah G-UNit ALl DAY everyday )

But technically speaking the btch Ass Gov. owns the state, they have the papers<<<------ hahhaha, joke

50's done about the same as Hova in a shorter amount of time, but the fact is you can't compare 50 to Hova. Jay has too many classic albums and 50's got one and a few classic songs. Jay got some shitty albums no doubt but 50's body of work isn't as strong because 50 just thought he could be nice with the flow and leave it at that. He's got it in him to make another classic. Next album if he mix hard beats and Soul beats and actually put effort into it he may have a classic. If 50 had held onto Smile, You Don't Know, Hustler's Ambition, What if, I'll Whip Ya Head Boy, The Mechanic, Sabirina's Baby Boy, and Puppy Love, and cut Peep Show, Follow My Lead,Touch The Sky,Come and Go, Amusement Park, and Moving on Up he'd have had a hot ass album. He making the same mistakes Hov did getting caught up in his own hype. Both their debuts were their best because they held back the better material for them. 50 don't run New York for the simple fact that he's focused on making that #1 single to sell the album. If he makes joints for his core audience then pop america will catch on and it'll become a #1 single.

Man, it's hands down that dude fif is a walking bomb. Some cats dont know this or fail to look into it but FIF bogarded his way into this shit. Jigga came when PAC and BIG got lost. It was given to jigga. When PAC andBigg was around Jigga was on the same level as Jada. Not to say he dont have skills but we didnt have shit to really roll with.
